Alister is from England but lived for many years in New Zealand. He worked as a Land and Engineering Survey Professional in both countries with short spells in Antarctica and The Caribbean. He came to The Cayman Islands in 1992 as the Chief Surveyor at Lands & Survey, responsible for Surveying & Mapping, the Geographic Information System (GIS) and Street Addressing. Debi Born in Jamiaca, Debi relocated to the Cayman Islands with her family in 1976 and grew up in Grand Cayman. She has seen the island develop and grow into the Jewel of the Caribbean. She attended university at Western in London, Ontario, and has held executive management positions in the corporate and technical services industry.
